Privacy Policy
Effective date: October 8, 2026In short: when you use one of our templates, you make your own copy in your own Google account. We cannot open your copy and we never see what you type into it. We run no website analytics, no tracking and no advertising.
Who we are
Celestis Studio Sheets is made by Celestis Studio, the trade name of PE Verydusov Petro, a sole proprietor registered in Ukraine. Contact: support@celestisstudio.com.
Your copy of a template
After you buy a template you receive a link that asks Google Sheets to make a copy. The copy is created in your Google account and you are its owner. Whatever you enter (names, dates, guests, budgets) stays in that file. We are not given access to it, it is not shared with us, and we have no way to read it. Google stores it under the Google Privacy Policy.
Some templates can show a picture from a web address you paste in. When they do, Google fetches that picture; we are not involved.
When you buy
Templates are sold through Etsy. Etsy processes the order and payment and shares with us what any Etsy seller receives: your name, your Etsy username, your email address and the order details. We never see your card or payment details. We use this only to deliver the order and answer you, as described in Etsy's Privacy Policy.
How we build our templates
We create and update the master copies of our templates with a small
program of our own, Celestis Sheets Builder, which uses the
Google Sheets and Google Drive APIs. It signs in only to the Celestis
Studio Google account, and it asks only for access to the files it
creates itself (drive.file). It does not access your Google
account, your copy of a template, or any other Google user's data.
Celestis Sheets Builder's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. The only Google user data it handles is the content of our own template files, used only to build them; it is not sold, shared, or used for advertising or to train AI models.
Emails to support
If you write to us, we receive your email address and whatever you include. We use it only to answer you and keep the correspondence no longer than needed for that. If you send us a screenshot of your planner to show a problem, we delete it once the problem is solved.
