Terms of Use
Effective date: October 8, 2026These terms apply to the spreadsheet templates sold by Celestis Studio, the trade name of PE Verydusov Petro, a sole proprietor registered in Ukraine. By using a template you agree to them. Etsy's own terms apply to the purchase as well.
1. What you buy
A digital file: a link to make your own copy of a template in Google Sheets, with any guide or printable included in the listing. Nothing physical is shipped. You need a free Google account to use the template.
2. Licence: personal use only
- You may use your copy, and copies you make for yourself, for your own personal, non-commercial planning, and share it with the people you plan with.
- You may not sell, resell, give away, sublicense or redistribute the template, in whole or in part.
- This applies to altered copies as well as the original. Changing colours, names, tabs or formulas does not make a template yours to sell or share.
- You may not use the template for clients or in a business, for example as a wedding planning service.
3. Refunds
Because the product is a digital file delivered immediately, we do not accept returns or exchanges. If something does not work, write to us and we will help or fix it. Nothing here limits rights you have as a consumer under the law of your country.
4. Numbers are for information
Totals, counts, due dates and suggested budget shares are calculated from what you enter and are only as accurate as those entries. Typical budget shares are a starting point, not financial advice.
5. Google
Templates run in Google Sheets, a service of Google LLC, under Google's own terms. We are not affiliated with Google and cannot control changes Google makes to its service.
6. No warranty, limited liability
Templates are provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, Celestis Studio is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the template.
7. Changes and law
We may update these terms; the current version is always on this page with its effective date. These terms are governed by the law of Ukraine, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection in your country of residence.
